Monica joined EPCAR in April 2011. She brings a wealth of customer service experience in the hospitality industry. She attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, and will attend USF to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Monica adds her personal touch to a member's experience, making them feel welcomed and valued. She is passionate, engaging, friendly and ready to take on the next challenge!

Born in Winter Haven, Monica enjoys choreographing dance routines for
birthday/events, and has danced professionally with Emotions Contemporary Dance
in Orlando. She now volunteers as a coach for Winter Haven Youth Soccer
Association and is the Head Coach for the Girls Junior Varsity Soccer team at Lake Region High School.
