Final membership is based on approval of the Board of Directors. Bring both of the applications from below and a copy of your license status of Active with your current Broker. For a one on one visit, please call for an appointment.

Business Partners are affiliated businesses who, while not engaged in the real estate profession as defined in the EPCAR Bylaws, ARTICLE IV- Membership, Section 1, paragragh (a) or (b), have interests concerning real estate and are in sympathy with the Association objectives. Please contact the office, 863-294-3163, for current Membership Dues and related fees or for a personal appointment. Final membership is based on approval of the Board of Directors.
